Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with quality of the product, we will gladly refund it within 30 days of arrival.

If you want to refund a product, please, do the following:

  • Inform us about the matter at support21centurybags.com . Please, let us know what the problem is.
  • Please, note if you want a refund or an exchange.
  • Please, indicate your order number in the e-mail
  • Indicate your name, postal address, order number and approximate purchase date
  • You will soon receive an e-mail with a return code and the address where you will have to send the item. The code must be enclosed to the package when you send the unwanted item back to us.
  • Please, take into account the fact that we refund items with manufacturer's defects only. If the item was damaged by improper use, fire, etc, than, unfortunately we will not be able to accept the item.

Please, keep in mind:

  • The item must be with all links enclosed to it. If any links are missing, the item will not be accepted. It must be in unused condition.
  • The returns must be insured - we do not take any responsibility for items damaged or lost in mail when these are shipped back to us.
  • If you exchange an item for a more expensive one, than you will have to enclose a money order or check for the price difference. In case if you want to exchange a more expensive item for a cheaper one, please, let us know in what way you want to get the price difference (credit card or check).
